O2 Slovakia, s.r.o. with its registered office at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, IN number: 35 848 863, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Sro, file no. 27882 / B (hereinafter referred to as the “Deleted Company”) based on the decision of its sole partner in accordance with the provisions of § 69 et seq. Act no. 513/1991 Coll. The Commercial Code will divide, as a result of which the Deleted Company will be winded up without liquidation.
The Deleted Company's assets and liabilities, together with the existing rights and obligations, will be transferred with effect from 01.06.2022 in accordance with the Demerger Project into newly established legal successors of the Deleted Company, namely O2 Slovakia, s.r.o., which will focus on providing services for customers and O2 Networks, s.r.o., whose main activity will be the management of the construction and operation of physical infrastructure.
